Coaching

Our Coaching Programmes are designed to specifically enhance soft skills capability. They develop the operational leadership and management capability for your organisation, and can be undertaken within our programmes or as stand alone support.

WorkTalk coaching programmes are run with a mix of structured and unstructured sessions, and are weighted according to individual and organisation needs. The organisation needs are informed by the DNA, and individual needs are identified through consultation with the coachee and/or management. We can also utilise 360° feedback and a range of psychometric tools as appropriate. Everyone has different needs, and it is the flexibility of our coaching programmes that ensures individual needs are met and catered for.

Our coaching programmes are run by experienced professionals in people management and development, with backgrounds in senior management, psychological services and HR.

WorkTalk coaching programmes are suitable for supervisors through to senior management and result in increased job satisfaction, productivity and overall engagement. Coaching helps embed learning and supports self responsibility and development of the person as a whole. We work to develop and build a culture of learning, development and continuous improvement.
