DNA is a diagnostic tool which gathers relevant information for implementing people strategies and organisation and leadership development. We ideally conduct both qualitative and quantitative research before any programme begins and feed back this information in a detailed summary report. This ensures that we have a thorough understanding of your organisation and the issues it is facing.

The information is obtained by taking a representative sample of people from your organisation and we conduct either one to one or small group discussions where we draw out the real needs of an organisation.

The DNA process is soundly based around international people standards and the positive information we collect can be used toward an internationally recognised accreditation.
