EAP - Employee Assistance Programme

An Employee Assistance Programme is designed to assist in identifying issues that impact on staff performance. These issues may be around personal concerns, such as, health, family, marital, alcohol, drug, legal, financial, emotional, stress, or other matters which may adversely affect employee job performance and wellbeing. While personal confidentiality is maintained, EAP is able to provide useful strategic information on trends and challenges in the workplace. We support effective case management rather than a focus on welfare/counselling only.

  • EAP is effective in the following areas:
  • Effective and focused staff
  • Reduced recruiting costs Improved company morale
  • Improve employee retention
  • Reduced employee absenteeism
  • Improved positive customer satisfaction feedback
  • Improved work relationships
  • Reduction in costly work errors

WorkTalk has a strategic partnership with Instep Ltd, a National EAP provider with international links in over 60 countries. As part of this network we can utilise a compliment of over 300 staff nationally to support a wide range of services including:
