The Team

We bring together a unique team of experts who have experience of large contracts in all sectors. Each one of us has been involved in project management and consultancy services.

We propose to discuss with you who would be involved and how, depending upon the option you choose. It is likely that a few key people will do the work on this contract, with others providing their expertise in the background, and coming up for specific tasks as required. WorkTalk’s team has extensive expertise and experience in training design and delivery, needs analysis, organisational development, performance management, measurement tools, action learning, 360º Feedback, coaching and mentoring, both in New Zealand and internationally.
